Attached the 2-way Y valve with shutoff to the end of a hose to water some cattle. The overnight low last night was -4 and the Freeze Miser worked great.
Easy to install and they work we been having below freezing temperatures and you can see the water dripping out slowly to prevent the pipes from freezing…thanks for a well made product..
So far everything seems to working properly however there is some water drips from one of them when the temp is way above freezing, not sure what that's about but we will see when temps drop to the single digits next week.
I was hesitant in trying this product. Glad I took the leap. No more struggling carrying five gallon buckets of water from the house to the barn and coops.

We started with a two pack to try them out and have since made another order. They keep the “tiny house” hose connection to the hydrant from freezing. This has froze every year, even with heat tape and insulation, but not since we received this great little invention. We have now added them to our greenhouse hydrants and our shop hose bibs. We have no issues with freezing anymore. They work, no bs! Quick shipping, quality product, good packaging, good people, and it delivers everything they promise. Hard to find that in a company in today’s times.
We purchased 2 of the freeze miser’s and put them to the test right away. Let me tell you they truly work!! We have 1 on a field where we have to string out 175ft of hose and have been down to zero degrees twice already and nothing has frozen. The cows have never been without water yet.
So far so good. The Freeze Mizers I installed on the automatic shutoff valve for the horses water tank is working and the one on the end of the hose for watering the goats, dogs, poultry and rabbits is working. There seems to be a lot of water flow from the one on the hose, though. We are looking at a low 18 degrees tonight, the coldest we have had since I installed the Freeze Misers so we will have a truer test
Looks like a great product. Easily installed. Luckily where we live it is very rarely below freezing but this is great protection for those times. When they built these homes there was no way to turn off water to the outside. So I like this protection
Installed 2 and it's 17 degrees out and a steady little stream is flowing, nothing has froze up. I love them. When it gets above freezing they stop running. Best thing i've seen in years.
My son didn’t think they would work in MN. We used them in IL for the past few years. Well it was -9 this morning and, praise God, they are still working on all three above ground lines of hose of 75 feet or more.
Not so sure about this thing, but it does drip so that my water doesn’t freeze. So im happy
This is an excellent product can I recommend it to all homeowners.
